A Curator Talk by Liz Moran, Associate Professor at Christopher Newport University

African art is often used to identify individuals from one another, sacred locations, and mnemonic devices to record historical events. This talk will introduce some of these objects and cultures, and reflect on our own markers of people, places, and spaces. Advance reservations are encouraged by calling 596-8175.

Free Admission: PFAC Members, CNU Lifelong Learning Society, and college students.
$2.00 Admission: Non-members
